


Portfolio Tracker (1)
The Portfolio Tracking Report enables traders to manage their portfolio of campaigns for the current month and focus on the allocations which need to be prioritised each day.
It can be accessed under the ‘Dashboards & Reports’ section of the sidebar.
Use the Extraction & Pacing indicators to manage the budget pacing for each allocation and Conversions & CPA indicators to monitor performance.

Toggle to the media cost mode in the top right hand side of the page to view your daily spend cap in the ad platform/DSP.
Click on the Analytics button next to each campaign to view additional performance insights and add campaign notes by clicking on the notes button.
Select a layer / media type or multiple to record notes on. Clicking directly on a media type will automatically generate a markup formatted heading in the notes.
Public notes will be shown to all users while Internal notes will not be shown to clients. Click the ‘Create’ button to create and save a note.
Descriptions of Pacing Indicators
Pacing Indicator | Description |
---|---|
Daily Cap | This is the amount that needs to be spent for each of the remaining days in the flight to ensure all budget is extracted. Daily Cap = (Budget - Spend) ÷ Days Remaining |
Extraction | This is the percentage of budget that is expected to be spent by the end of the flight if you continue spending the same average daily spend. Extraction = Spend ÷ ((Budget ÷ Days in Flight) × Days Completed) |
Pacing | This is the percentage of budget that is expected to be spent by the end of the flight if you continue spending the same as you spent yesterday. Pacing = (Spend + (Spend Yesterday × Days Remaining)) ÷ Budget |
